Security, privacy and how your mail moves
Hub Mail runs in your own Odoo. Your mail stays in your database. Only Hub AI sends mail text out, to analyse it, and nothing is kept.
Where your mail goes
Solid arrows: message text, only with Hub AI switched on. Dashed: the result (summary, priority, draft) back to your Odoo. Without Hub AI, mail never leaves your Odoo and your mail server.
Owner-only access
Each person sees only their own mailboxes, administrators included. Passwords are encrypted with a key held outside the database.
AI that can't act
Hub AI agents only read and propose. Prompt-injection and phishing checks run on every new message.
No storage of mail text
The Hub AI service processes message text to answer the request and does not keep it. Usage counts are kept for billing.
Readable code
The Hub Mail app is delivered as readable source, so you or your partner can review exactly what runs in your Odoo.
