App licence: a full refund within 30 days of purchase if Hub Mail doesn't work for you.
Hub AI monthly: cancel any time; the current month is not refunded.
Hub AI annual: a full refund within 30 days of the start of the year; after that, cancel to stop renewal.
Setup packages: refunded in full if we haven't started the work.
