Who we are
Hub Mail is sold by Bluemax ("we"). Contact us through the contact page.
What we collect on this website
- What you type into our forms, chat and checkout: name, email, company, phone and your message.
- Orders, invoices and payment status. Card and PayPal details are handled by the payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
- Newsletter subscriptions, only if you subscribe.
- Strictly necessary cookies to run the site, your cart and your sign-in. Optional cookies only with your consent.
Mail processed by Hub AI
When Hub AI is switched on, the text of messages is sent from your Odoo to the Hub AI service and our model provider to produce the result, and is not stored by us afterwards. We keep usage counts (number of requests, model, tokens) for billing and fair use. The Hub Mail app itself stores your mail in your own Odoo database, not with us.
Why we use it
To answer you, deliver what you bought, bill you, support you, keep our services secure, and send the newsletter if you asked for it.
Sharing
With our payment providers, hosting providers and AI model provider, only as needed to run the service. We don't sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and unsubscribe from email at any time through the link in each message.
