Hub Mail › Configuration › Mail accounts › New. Enter the address, the IMAP server and the password, save, then press Test connection and Sync now.

New mailboxes are read-only: nothing changes on your mail server, and your phone sees no difference. After a day side by side, switch on "Allow changes on the mail server" to sync reading, moves and deletes both ways.
